All of our new colour clients who are lightening their hair or going from blonde to brunette or copper are required to book in for a consultation with one of our staff before proceeding with any colour services.
As we pride ourselves on creating the best colours while keeping your hair’s integrity and longevity we need to assess the condition of your hair before we put anything on it. During your consultation we will also give you a quote for your colour service, so there are no extra surprises!
Any client may also book in for a new client consultation if they might have hair concerns or wish to chat with a stylist about their hair goals too!
