Bookings

Bookings are recommended by appointment, this will ensure you minimum wait times and the results you desire. Bookings can be made with up to 15 mins notice if places are available. 

Walk-ins are accepted if stylists are free, we advise you to look online prior to walking in to avoid disappointment.

All bookings require a full name, contact number & email address.

All bookings also require a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment.

An email confirmation will be sent once your booking is confirmed.

A text reminder is sent 3 days prior to the appointment & an email reminder is sent 24 hours before the appointment.

Please contact us within a few hours of receiving your text message reminder if you need to reschedule or if you can no longer make the appointment, see below for late notice, cancellation & no show fees.

No Show & Late Cancellation Policy 

You may reschedule within 48 hours of your upcoming appointment, and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. 

If you are cancelling your appointment within the 72 hours before your appointment start time, this will forfeit your deposit.

If you are unable to reschedule online, please contact us at least 72 hours before your appointment to discuss.

By booking an appointment with us, all other Ts & Cs as listed on our website are being agreed to in full. 

Any cancellation within 24 hours to your appointment or no-show may result in a 100% fee of your original appointment

All bookings require a deposit when booking online or in-salon. If you’re unsure as to what to book in for you can contact us for assistance, response rate is 24 hours.

Please note, reception is manned on a Monday in-case of needing to get in contact with the salon, although the salon itself is closed Sundays & Mondays.

Personal Information

Ebony Rose Hair Design requires credit card details at the time of booking your appointment to confirm any bookings, your card will only be charged additionally to your 50% booking fee if there is a failure to show up to your appointment or you cancel/reschedule under 24 hours to your appointment as this will incur a fee of 100% of your original appointment cost.

Ebony Rose Hair Design requires information on whether our clients have allergies or are taking medication as this may affect results within the salon. In no event should Ebony Rose Hair Design have any liability for incidental or consequential damages however characterised for example eczema, sensitive skin or scalp.

Photographs

Ebony Rose Hair Design reserves the right to take photographic or film records for promotional, commercial & insurance purposes – only with your consent of course. In the event your photo is posted to any of our social media platforms and you want the photograph taken down, email us at management@ebonyrosehairdesign.com.au. Please note, response time is 24 business hours.

Complaints, Returns & Refund Policy.

To keep the salon feeling calm and organised, we closely abide by the following policy within our salon in regard to complaints, returns & refunds.

Examples of external factors that may influence your hair are: your home care routine and home care products, how often you wash your hair, past colouring and lightening, the water you use to wash, the weather, activities you participate in, etc. You will be given professional advice and recommendations to help the maintenance and colour of your hair last, we can not guarantee results or lasting hair when this advice is not followed.
